    6th Circ. Tells Kroger Unit To Arbitrate Dispute With Union

    A Tennessee subsidiary of the Kroger Co. will have to arbitrate a union's claim that it improperly refused to extend union benefits to employees at a Knoxville warehouse, a split Sixth Circuit panel said in a published opinion Friday.
