JPMorgan Beats WaMu Bondholder Suit Over Bank's Collapse
A D.C. federal judge on Friday tossed a suit brought by Washington Mutual bondholders accusing JPMorgan Chase & Co. of engineering the bank's 2008 collapse in order to buy it at fire sale prices, saying the bondholders failed to prove JPMorgan breached their bond contracts.
