    7th Circ. Nixes EEOC Suit Over Flambeau Wellness Policy

    The Seventh Circuit on Tuesday rejected the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's challenge to Wisconsin plastics manufacturer Flambeau Inc.'s wellness program, but declined to rule on a larger statutory debate surrounding such programs, saying none of the parties in the case has any remaining stake in the outcome.
