    Insurer Must Cover Mining Co. In Worker Electrocution Suit

    A QBE Insurance unit cannot escape covering a mining company as an additional insured over a worker's electrocution at a salt mine, a Louisiana federal court ruled, finding that a state law limiting certain indemnification agreements for injury and death claims was not applicable.
