A car dealership's insurer has no duty to cover an over $508,000 arbitration award stemming from a customer's test-drive accident, a Colorado federal court ruled, finding that because the customer's insurance satisfied the state's mandated minimum auto insurance limits, the dealership's insurer has no additional coverage obligations.
