A Delaware bankruptcy judge agreed Wednesday to postpone a hearing on whether to scrap the Baha Mar resort complex Chapter 11 case to Aug. 28, more than a week after the court in parallel proceedings in the Bahamas is set to consider appointing a liquidator in those proceedings.
