Bankrupt Resort Can't Force HR Firm To Fund Payroll
A Delaware bankruptcy judge preliminarily ruled Thursday that a human resources service firm working with the unfinished $3.5 billion Caribbean resort Baha Mar is not obligated to cover some of the debtor's payroll expenses while it awaits decisions by a Bahamas court that would unlock Chapter 11 financing.

$3.5B Resort's Contractor Says It's Not To Blame For Ch. 11
The Chinese-owned general contracting company for the unfinished Bahamas resort complex Baha Mar attacked the resort's recent bankruptcy filing in a Tuesday statement, saying Baha Mar wrongly laid blame for the $3.5 billion complex's financial woes at the contractor's feet.
