Dish Network Files Ch. 11, Spirit Secures Aircraft Bid
Dish Network filed for Chapter 11 with $14 billion in debt after a delayed asset sale disrupted debt repayment, Spirit Airlines advanced a $630 million stalking horse bid for 27 aircraft, while Puerto Rico's oversight board proposed a $3 billion bankruptcy settlement.
