NY Utility Regulator Wants Comment On Post-TCJA Rate Changes

The New York State Public Service Commission said Monday it’s seeking public comment on proposed changes that would require utilities to offer customers credits by October to ensure they see savings from the recent federal tax overhaul.

The commission, in its notice, said comments are due by June 27.
