Liberty Medical Estate Gets Nod For Ch. 11 Plan
The estate of Liberty Medical Supply Inc. got the green light from a Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday to move forward with a Chapter 11 plan that will dole out proceeds from a $68.5 million sale of the Liberty's diabetes testing equipment business.
