Cardiologist's IP Suit V. Medtronic Gets Go-Ahead

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed Oklahoma cardiologist Jan K. Voda's patent infringement lawsuit against Medtronic Inc. over a catheter used in angioplasty to go forward because the patent's licensee has given Voda the right to bring the suit.
