SC Agency Settles CERCLA Suit With Steel Cos.

Law360, New York (July 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control has asked a federal judge to sign off on a final settlement with a group of steel and chemical companies that have agreed to pay $350,000 toward remediation costs at a former fertilizer manufacturing facility.
