High Court Denies Bid To Review Bank Firing Rights

Law360, New York (October 2, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal by a unit of U.S. Bancorp that would have garnered a review of whether national bank laws prevent bank officers from using state age discrimination laws to fight their termination.
