Corps Of Engineers Appeals Hold On Dock Permit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009, 12:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has appealed a federal court ruling that put a hold on a permit issued by the Corps to build a barge loading dock on a protected section of Puget Sound.

The Corps filed its notice of appeal Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
