BenQ Loses Duty Dispute Over LCD Monitor Imports

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 6:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. government has won its bid for summary judgment in BenQ America Corp.'s suit challenging the determination of tariff classifications for the company's liquid crystal display monitor imports from China.
