Law360, New York (May 13, 2010, 3:10 PM EDT) -- In light of reports that veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are returning with a myriad of health problems that may be caused by the military's waste disposal practices, House Oversight Committee chairman Edolphus Towns, D-N.Y., has launched a probe into the environmental effects of the burn pits used on some bases.
