Sierra Club Takes TVA Plant Repairs Suit To 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (May 20, 2010, 1:47 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club and two other conservation groups have appealed the dismissal of their suit accusing the Tennessee Valley Authority of violating the Clean Air Act by making millions of dollars worth of repairs at a coal-fired power plant without complying with New Source Review requirements.
