J&J Recalls Acuvue Lenses In Asia, Europe

Law360, New York (August 23, 2010, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. has recalled thousands of boxes of its 1-Day Acuvue contact lenses in Europe and Asia based on complaints from Japanese consumers that the lenses sting their eyes.

The company announced the recall of the lenses in Japan on Thursday.
