Novo Patent Fight Over Prandin To Stay In Minn.

Law360, New York (December 1, 2010, 2:48 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing Novo Nordisk Inc.'s patent infringement suit against Paddock Laboratories Inc. over diabetes drug Prandin has determined that the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota has priority to hear the parties' dispute over whether Novo has unlawfully monopolized the market for the drug.
