Supreme Court Passes Over Mee Appeal Of Dow Verdict

Law360 (January 10, 2011, 6:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to review a circuit court's ruling that Dow Chemical Co. doesn't owe Mee Industries Inc. punitive damages for maliciously accusing the cooling system maker of infringing two gas turbine patents.
