4th Circ. Picks Miss W.Va. In Sex Video Dispute

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 1:18 PM EST) -- The Fourth Circuit has instructed a lower court to enter default judgments against 28 defendants that allegedly breached a former Miss West Virginia's right of publicity by using her photograph to market a sex video and falsely claiming she starred in it.
