Va. AG Urges High Court To Take Up Health Care Suit

Law360 (March 23, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- Virginia Attorney General Kenneth Cuccinelli on Tuesday again urged the U.S. Supreme Court to allow his state's challenge to federal health care reform to bypass the Fourth Circuit and head straight to the high court.

In a brief filed with the Supreme Court, Cuccinelli said the case against the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act more than meets the standard for granting a petition for writ of certiorari before judgment.
