Sierra Club Seeks To Halt DOE Funding Of $2.4B Plant

Law360, New York (May 17, 2011, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club asked a Washington court Monday to prohibit the U.S. Department of Energy from funding the construction of a $2.4 billion power plant in Mississippi until the department remedies alleged violations of the National Environmental Policy Act.
