Refuge Row Settled After Mineral Rights Buyout Raised

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 8:37 PM EDT) -- Two Colorado conservation groups agreed Friday not to reopen their suit against Lexam VG Gold Inc. over oil and gas drilling in a national wildlife refuge, following two U.S. senators' commitment to exploring a buyout of the refuge's mineral rights.
