Evergreen Solar Gets Green Light To Sell Assets For $35M

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 4:58 PM EST) -- Evergreen Solar Inc. won a Delaware bankruptcy judge’s blessing Thursday to sell the bulk of its assets to three separate bidders for a combined $34.5 million, but failed to secure continued employment for its remaining workers.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Mary F. Walrath signed off on the sales at a court hearing, following an auction Monday and Tuesday.
