Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 6:52 PM EST) -- An Arizona federal judge dismissed a sex discrimination case against Collins May Potenza Baran & Gillespie PC on Thursday, after the firm reached a settlement with an ex-associate who claimed she was fired because she was pregnant.
