NRC OKs Part of FPL's $3B Nuclear Expansion Project

Law360, New York (July 10, 2012, 4:02 PM EDT) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Monday gave Florida Power & Light Co., the state's largest electric utility company, the green light to proceed with one of four proposed nuclear generator expansions in a massive power-boosting overhaul worth between $2.9 billion to $3.1 billion.
