CMS Slammed On Overhaul Of Dual-Eligible Health Plans

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 1:39 PM EDT) -- A health reform initiative intended to streamline treatment of individuals eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid came under fire Wednesday from a U.S. senator and an independent federal agency for allegedly focusing too much on cost savings and too little on improved care.
