Maersk Unit, ICA To Build $900M Mexican Shipping Terminal

Law360, New York (August 1, 2012, 2:26 PM EDT) -- A unit of Dutch conglomerate A.P. Moller-Maersk Group and Empresas ICA SAB de CV, the largest construction firm in Mexico, will design, build and operate a $900 million container terminal on Mexico's Pacific coast, the pair said Wednesday.

The companies have targeted a 2015 completion date for the $300 million first phase of the three-part project.
