Law360, New York (September 28, 2012, 12:41 PM EDT) -- With its SG$5.4 billion (US$4.4 billion) offer, Heineken NV has won full control over the beermaking branch of Fraser & Neave Ltd., the Dutch beverage company said Friday, ending a long-running battle between Heineken and affiliates of Thai billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi over the brewery unit.
