Of Counsel Attys Repping A Firm Can't Win Fees, Court Says

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 10:31 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court ruled Wednesday that attorneys representing a law firm embroiled in litigation as of counsel for the firm cannot obtain attorneys' fees, finding they are closely enough related to the firm to be treated as part of it.
