EU Court Overturns Chinese Shoe Co. Anti-Dumping Duties

Law360, New York (November 15, 2012, 7:58 PM EST) -- The European Union's highest court on Thursday overturned an anti-dumping duty imposed on a Chinese leather shoe manufacturer, saying a lower court incorrectly dismissed the manufacturer's appeal challenging EU anti-dumping duties imposed on leather shoes made in China and Vietnam.
