NCR To Put Up $650M In Retalix Buy

Law360, New York (November 28, 2012, 8:24 PM EST) -- NCR Corp. agreed to buy Israel-based retail software provider Retalix Ltd. for roughly $650 million as part of its continuing push to expand its retail software and software services offerings after its $1.2 billion purchase of retail software provider Radiant Systems Inc. in 2011, NCR said Wednesday. 

The Duluth, Ga.-based business technology company will buy Retalix for $30 per share in cash, and said the deal would bolster its purchase of Atlanta-based Radiant, which offers hardware and software technology to the hospitality and retail industries, according...
