Law Firm Hits CMS With FOIA Suit Over Ky. Medicaid Waiver

Law360, New York (December 7, 2012, 4:10 PM EST) -- Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLP on Tuesday sued the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Kentucky federal court, seeking information on what the agency actually approved when it granted a waiver allowing Kentucky’s Medicaid program to implement Medicaid managed care in the state.
