Consol Energy Lands Drilling Rights At Pittsburgh Airports

Law360, Philadelphia (December 17, 2012, 5:12 PM EST) -- Pittsburgh's regional airport authority announced Friday that it was granting Consol Energy Inc. the rights to drill for natural gas on nearly 10,000 acres at its two airports, choosing the company's $20.8 million bid over a rival's $44 million offer.
