Calif. Appeals Court Revives Law Firm Fee-Splitting Dispute

Law360, New York (December 20, 2012, 6:18 PM EST) -- A California appeals court on Wednesday reversed a lower court’s ruling and found that a California law firm could pursue claims against a class action firm which it claimed backed out from a fee-sharing agreement they had agreed to.
