Skadden, Tennenbaum Capital Sued In Bankrupt Radnor's Sale

Law360, New York (January 7, 2013, 5:30 PM EST) -- The ex-head of bankrupt packaging company Radnor Holdings Corp. brought an adversary suit against Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, a hedge fund and others in Delaware bankruptcy court, saying its ex-law firm aided the fund in securing a $100 million windfall from the company's sale.
