Lighting Co. Tells ITC Rivals Are Infringing Lamp Design

Law360, New York (January 29, 2013, 2:01 PM EST) -- An Illinois lighting manufacturer asked the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday to investigate claims that several lighting rivals have been importing compact fluorescent lamp products that infringe its patented reflector design.

Neptun Light Inc. and founder Andrzej Bobel asked the trade body to probe whether Maxlite Inc., Technical Consumer Products Inc., Satco Products Inc., and Litetronics International Inc. breached Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by importing patent-infringing products.
