Law360, Wilmington (February 4, 2013, 8:12 PM EST) -- A Delaware Chancery judge denied an appeal request by Novell Inc. directors Monday, finding his decision to let a claim proceed in the putative class action challenging the company's $2.2 billion sale was not subject to high-court review since it established no legal right.
