Fla. Court Affirms Insurer Win In Hurricane Wilma Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court refused Wednesday to reopen a breach of contract suit contending Citizens Property Insurance Corp. failed to address a property owner's hurricane damage claim, saying a trial court ruling must stand even though the lower court relied on a "misplaced" case.
