Paper Co. Klabin Advances $2.5B Brazilian Pulp Mill Project

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 1:45 PM EDT) -- The board of Brazilian paper company Klabin SA has approved a plan to build a 5.3 billion real ($2.5 billion) pulp mill in the state of Parana and will partially fund the project with a 1.7 billion real stock sale, Klabin said Tuesday.
