Judge Denies PE Giants' Bid To Reconsider LBO Collusion Suit

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday reaffirmed a March decision keeping a group of leveraged buyout giants on the hook in a suit alleging they conspired to hold down the prices of companies they had targeted for purchase, denying the private equity firms' request for reconsideration.
