Realauction Wants New Patent Trial After $8M Jury Verdict

Law360, New York (September 11, 2013, 5:30 PM EDT) -- Realauction.com LLC on Monday asked a Pennsylvania federal judge for a new trial after a jury charged it $8.1 million in damages for willfully infringing a patent held by online auctioneer Grant Street Group Inc., arguing that the verdict was not supported by the evidence presented.
