To Curb Costs, Corporate Law Teams Bring Work In-House

Law360, New York (October 23, 2013, 2:41 PM EDT) -- Corporate law departments are continuing to pursue cost control in legal services by negotiating for pricing transparency and discounts from their outside counsel and shifting more work in-house, according to a survey released Wednesday by legal consultancy Altman Weil Inc.
