Pa. Appeals Court Won't Rehear Firm's Side Of Fee Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (November 7, 2013, 8:14 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Wednesday denied a law firm’s request to revisit its decision to uncouple a declaratory judgment suit in a fee dispute over a $19 million personal injury settlement from a separate legal malpractice suit, in which the court concluded that the former suit was filed on false premises.
