DC Circ. Closes Book On Library Of Congress Title VII Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (December 13, 2013, 10:15 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday affirmed a lower court’s dismissal of a Title VII retaliation suit brought against the Library of Congress by an organization representing some of its black workers, saying the group’s complaint did not contain the basic claims necessary for such a suit.
