Pa. Can't Close Health Centers, SEIU Tells State High Court

Law360, Philadelphia (March 12, 2014, 3:01 PM EDT) -- A Service Employees International Union affiliate on Wednesday asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to stop the state’s plan to close 26 community health centers, arguing that the move violated a state law that obligates the Department of Health to keep them open.
