New Patent Filings Hit Lowest Monthly Level In Over 2 Years

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 6:39 PM EST) -- January 2014 saw the lowest monthly total of patent filings in U.S. district courts in more than two years, according to a Tuesday blog post from Lex Machina, and the company is still looking at trends to figure out why.
