Youth Signups Stay Flat For ACA Exchanges In February

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 7:06 PM EDT) -- The Affordable Care Act in February didn’t gain steam with younger, fitter Americans who are important to the financial sustainability of health insurance reform, according to enrollment statistics released Tuesday as the Obama administration made its latest high-profile bid to reach youths.
