Law360, New York (March 24, 2014, 12:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday shut down a bid from O2Micro International Ltd. to reverse a lower court's order of an $8.4 million penalty against the company for misconduct by its attorneys during long-running patent litigation against semiconductor maker Monolithic Power Systems Inc.
